Robert S. Clark, Sr.

Robert S. Clark, Sr., is a family law attorney and the owner of The Clark Law Firm, P.C., in Houston, Texas. Mr. Clark has over 25 years of experience representing Houston residents in family law matters, with an emphasis on complex, high net worth divorce.

In addition to family law, Mr. Clark has a wide range of experience in other areas of law, including business, commercial, collections and probate. He is a knowledgeable and skilled trial attorney and strong negotiator who has engaged in many mediations over the course of his career.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Clark stays involved in his legal community through membership in various professional organizations. He is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists and the Risk Management Association.

Mr. Clark engages with the Houston area through involvement with several civic and community organizations. These include the Children’s Museum Houston, the Houston Club, the Houston Fire Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Houston Zoo. He is a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Texas Exes.

Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in government. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. Following law school, he received his license to practice law before all Texas state courts. He also holds a certification in family law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a medication certificate from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Institute.
