Attorney Robert Painter is a member of Painter Law Firm PLLC in Houston, Texas. A 1992 graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Painter has always had an abiding interest in health care, and he attended Marshall University on a U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship as an M.D. candidate. He also earned his Master of Arts in Public Administration from Webster University in 1995. Prior to law school, he was a hospital administration and officer in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Painter obtained his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1999, where he was heavily involved with the Baylor Law Review and served as president of the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Society.

Upon graduation and receiving his license to practice, he joined a prominent international law firm, where he focused on health care defense. This experience serves him well as he strives to devise the most effective strategies possible for his plaintiff clients today because he has a unique insight into the industry and can better challenge the opposing counsel's case.

Throughout his career, Mr. Painter has earned numerous awards and honors from both his clients and peers alike.
