Co-founder and partner of Sears Crawford, LLP, Ross A. Sears II is an award-winning attorney in the areas of Legal Malpractice and Personal Injury who represents clients in Texas and throughout the country. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization named him Board-Certified in Personal injury Trial Law, he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and he was included in the Who’s Who in American Law in 2000.
Mr. Sears attended the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor of Psychology in 1988 before attending law school. In 1991, he graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He is one of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Civil Attorneys, and Houston Magazine named him one of Houston’s Best Lawyers for the people. Admitted to practice in the state of Texas, he fights passionately for those who have been taken advantage of by their attorneys.
A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Sears is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the American Association for Justice.
He has a deep respect for legal ethics and the law. Following a family tradition, he joined several generations of attorneys in his family when he earned his law degree.
