He also has handled serious personal injury cases involving truck wrecks, automobile and motorcycle accidents, train crossings, medical and dental malpractice, and construction site injuries. Mr. Taylor served as lead counsel in a successful class action certification hearing against IBM. Additionally, he has also tried as lead counsel multiple child custody jury trials and also served as co-lead counsel in a capital murder jury trial.

Mr. Taylor earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where he worked in the opinions division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Mr. Taylor also obtained invaluable experience in government by working as a full-time administrative assistant to former Texas Senator Bob Glasgow during the 69th Texas Legislative Session.
