Samantha has practiced Labor & Employment law for 25 years, and has been Board-certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for nearly 20 years. She is the co-author of a law school textbook, Experiencing Employment Discrimination Law (1st ed. 2021, 2nd ed. 2026).
