These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
“I have never met anyone with Scott's ability to consume the amount of amount of information, digest it, and apply it in meanginful ways toward the resolution of a case. Scott's instincts for how to take a hard factual scenario, apply the right legal frameowork, and turn hard facts into a winning trial case is on another level.”
“As a former co-worker and now partner of his own law firm, I can easily say that Scott is one of the hardest working lawyers that I know. He is diligent, prepared, and well-researched for any case that he takes on. I have seen him add tremendous value to cases based on the effort he invests in his work. No only is he organized and hardworking, but Scott is also a naturally-talented trial lawyer. He has already made a great reputation for himself and has a very bright future ahead. ”
“One of the best plaintiff's attorneys in the state”
“Scott and I graduated law school a year apart, and his law firm is in a class of its own among our peers. Scott and his team handle every case like it's a big one, and sure enough, they get big results. When a family friend was injured, we teamed up with Scott and his team, who delivered. Every step of the way, he made the right moves, and he got our client a substantial settlement far greater than the insurance limits for the incident. Along with his partners C.J. and Joshua, Scott is the creme de la creme among lawyers forty and under in Texas.”
“Scott is a tremendous litigator with a profound concern for protecting the best interests of his clients. He is second to none in the personal injury realm in Texas.”
“Top-tier trial instincts, ruthless cross-examiner and negotiator, with a work ethic second to none.”
