Scott R. Brann

Scott R. Brann is a partner at the law firm of Brann Sullivan in Houston, Texas. Mr. Brann focuses his practice on personal injury law and represents injury victims throughout the Houston area. He has over 40 years of legal experience and handles injury cases involving automobile accidents, 18-wheeler crashes, boating accidents, day care negligence, defective products, maritime injuries, motorcycle accidents, plant explosions, slip and falls, and wrongful death.

Mr. Brann holds a personal injury trial law certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has successfully resolved numerous personal injury cases through both trial and negotiation over the course of his career, resulting in substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients. He is a committed and strong advocate, passionate about protecting his clients’ right to recovery after an accident or loss of a family member.

After graduating from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Brann earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is qualified to practice law before the state courts of Texas and Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States.
