Sean Patrick Tracey is the managing partner of Tracey Fox & Walters, working out of their Houston office in Texas. With extensive experience of over 33 years, he is a well-seasoned attorney in the field of civil litigation and personal injury. He has represented clients throughout the U.S. in cases involving pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, traffic accidents, defective products and dangerous drugs, premises liability, toxic tort, industrial accidents, birth injury and wrongful death.
Licensed to practice in both Texas and Pennsylvania, Mr. Tracey has been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Over the years, he has also stood for plaintiffs in injury or wrongful death cases of mesothelioma/benzene and those concerning the Maritime/Jones Act.
Mr. Tracey is a board-certified specialist in personal injury by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has also secured a board certification in civil trial law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Holding a bachelor's degree in philosophy (1988) from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, he went on to graduate from the South Texas College of Law Houston with his Juris Doctor in 1991.
