Soheil Ebadat

Soheil Ebadat is the founder and Managing Partner of Ebadat, where he leads the firm’s corporate practice and manages firm strategy. He represents private companies, funds, boards of directors, independent sponsors, founders, investors and senior executives in high-stakes corporate and commercial matters. 

Soheil's work concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity financings, strategic joint ventures and partnerships, complex commercial and strategic contract negotiations, corporate governance, executive employment and compensation matters, and related transactional work. He routinely advises private equity and venture investors, strategic acquirers, founders and management teams, and boards and special committees across sports, energy, finance, consumer goods, industrials and emerging technology.

Prior to founding Ebadat, Soheil served as General Counsel of Redbud Brands, a fund that invests in and scales consumer brands. Earlier in his career he practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, and held roles at Pritzker Private Capital and Accenture.
