Soheil Ebadat

The founder and managing partner of Ebadat PLLC, in Houston, Texas, Soheil Ebadat is a dedicated attorney providing services in business law. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, representing private companies, funds, boards of directors, independent sponsors, founders, investors and senior executives in high-stakes corporate and commercial matters. He leads the firm’s corporate practice and manages firm strategy.

Mr. Ebadat manages venture capital and growth equity financings, complex commercial contracts, executive compensation, and joint ventures. His practice includes transactional work and advising equity investors, venture investors, strategic acquirers, founders and special committees. Additionally, he counsels clients on corporate governance and partnership structures. By representing both investors and companies, he provides guidance on the full lifecycle of business growth, from initial formation and seed funding through mature stages and acquisitions.

Upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in economics, Mr. Ebadat built his career in the business field, serving as a finance analyst and a management consultant. He has also founded businesses and was awarded National Young Entrepreneur of the Year from the National Federation of Independent Business in 2012. His entrepreneurial endeavors have shaped his current business law practice, providing him with a deep understanding of the corporate structures and functions. 

Mr. Ebadat earned his Juris Doctor and Doctoroff Fellow from the University of Chicago Law School in 2020. In the following year, he was admitted to The State Bar of Texas. Ever since he built his career in law, working as a corporate associate in various firms. His practice in corporate M&A gained him recognition from The Legal 500 as a Tier 1 practitioner.
