    • Budnik v. Dept. of VA - Won DAB proceeding to reinstate nurse who had been wrongfully terminated., 2019
    • Morrison v. Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Grievance Employee removed from night shift despite seniority, which resulted in a loss of a significant pay differential. Represented the Union (AFGE) at grievance arbitration and won., 2013
