Attorney Susan F. McLerran is a managing partner with the Fullenweider Wilhite law firm, which has office locations in Houston and Austin, Texas. Board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and possessing more than 12 years of legal experience, Ms. McLerran devotes her practice to helping clients across the state with their legal needs involving divorce and other domestic relations issues.
Along with handling child custody and support, property division and other divorce-related matters, Ms. McLerran also provides effective and enforceable pre- and postnuptial agreements to help her clients protect themselves and their assets in the event their marriages do not work out. In addition, she also handles modifications and enforcements of existing court orders, as well as adoptions and parental rights matters.

Highly active in her legal community, Ms. McLerran is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. She also currently serves on the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law Inn of Court board of directors. Moreover, Ms. McLerran has served as editor of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialist Newsletter, and she is a Fellow with the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Texas Bar Foundation.
Widely regarded as a leader in her field, Ms. McLerran has numerous publications to her credit, and she has conducted numerous lectures and facilitated courses across her region on a number of family law topics.
