T. Daniel Hollaway

Dan Hollaway is an attorney at the law firm of Hollaway PC in Houston, Texas. Mr. Hollaway focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, health law and corporate law, serving a diverse group of clients throughout Texas.

Mr. Hollaway has more than 25 years of legal experience. He handles a wide variety of matters, including those involving administrative law, commercial litigation, employee benefits, ERISA litigation, insurance litigation, managed care contracting and provider reimbursement. In 2021, Martindale-Hubbell* recognized him for serving his legal community as a licensed attorney for 30 years.

Mr. Hollaway graduated cum laude from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is board-certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and also a Certified Mediator.

An active member of the Texas and national legal communities, Mr. Hollaway is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Health care-related organizations he belongs to include the American Health Lawyers Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

Mr. Hollaway holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts. In addition, he is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
