Mr. Bickham has been practicing law since 1993 and is fluent in Spanish. He earned a Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989 and briefly worked as an accountant for The Fuji Bank. However, he found his true calling in the legal profession and decided to pursue a career as an attorney.

After receiving his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1993, Mr. Bickham embarked on a diverse legal journey, initially working on plaintiff personal injury cases at the Law Offices of James D. Giuffre. Recognizing the value of gaining experience on the defense side, he spent four years as a civil defense attorney with the firm Boston & Cunningham, P.C., primarily defending medical malpractice cases. He then worked for Jim Adler, PC to further his experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.  Mr. Bickham's career took a strong trajectory upward when he joined The Ammons Law Firm, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in products liability and catastrophic injury cases.  An accomplished litigator, Mr. Bickham achieved numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts during his years with The Ammons Law Firm. Notably, he and Mr. Ammons tried and won an eight-million-dollar jury verdict in a commercial vehicle wrongful death case.  The first day of trial the defendant's CEO stated, "he would never pay 7-figures on the case".  Following resolution of the case on appeal, Mr. Bickham decided to open his own law firm - Bickham Law.
