Tiecia Ayers

Tiecia Ayers is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Office of Tiecia Ayers, based in Houston, Texas, where she focuses her practice on personal injury law. She represents individuals and families who have suffered injuries because of another party's negligence, advocating for clients as they pursue compensation for their losses and work toward recovery.

Ms. Ayers handles a broad range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, drunk driving accidents, hit-and-run collisions and rideshare accidents involving Uber and Lyft vehicles. Her practice also includes pedestrian and bicycle accidents, wrongful death claims, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents, premises liability injuries, negligent security claims, dog bite injuries and medical malpractice cases. She works with clients through each stage of the legal process, helping them address the legal and financial challenges that often follow serious injuries.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Ayers gained courtroom experience as an intern for the Honorable Judge R.K. Sandill in the 127th District Court of Harris County. That experience provided insight into judicial proceedings and strengthened her understanding of civil litigation.

Ms. Ayers earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she was named the 2016 Moot Court Intra-Team Champion, served as a member of the Moot Court Team and received the CALI Excellence for Legal Research, Analysis and Writing Award. She earned her bachelor's degree, graduating cum laude, from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Admitted to practice in Texas in 2018, Ms. Ayers represents clients throughout the state in a variety of personal injury matters. Through her practice, she is committed to guiding individuals through complex legal proceedings and advocating for those affected by serious injuries caused by negligence.
