Timothy F. Lee

With 37 years of successful experience handling appeals and legal matters in Texas state and federal courts, Tim Lee has developed the ability to communicate with judges about complex legal questions confidently and effectively. That experience, combined with a natural gift for writing and an educational background in communications and composition, allows him to have an impact, whether through written or oral advocacy, on how a court rules on issues that are important to his clients.

Tim has represented plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and organizations in more than 120 appeals, involving employment, contract, construction, personal injury, products liability, insurance, toxic tort, real property, oil and gas, maritime and railroad matters. He has also participated as the “law lawyer” in some of the largest and most significant trials the firm has handled. He has taken part in numerous multi-week trials, appeared in hearings in a multitude of district courts across Texas and worked with trial teams on a wide variety of matters.
