Tobias A. Cole

Attorney Tobias A. Cole is the founder of the Cole Law Firm in Houston, Texas. Mr. Cole dedicates his practice to all types of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He also handles discrimination, employment and medical malpractice matters, serving clients throughout the Houston area.

Mr. Cole earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Houston and a master’s degree from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1998.

In addition, Mr. Cole is also licensed before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law.

Actively taking on various legal roles, Mr. Cole is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also involved with the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, serving as vice president and on the board of directors of the organization.

Mr. Cole enjoys being involved in his local community. He sits on the board of Living Hope Wheelchair Association, the TIRR Foundation and United Spinal Association of Houston. He is also involved with groups, including the Houston Commission on Disabilities and the Houston City Council Accessibility Task Force.
