Tommy Hastings is the founder and principal of Texas based Hastings Law Firm, Medical Malpractice Lawyers. A skilled litigator who serves his clients with competence and heart, Mr. Hastings represents injury victims in litigation against insurance companies, corporations and other liable parties in personal injury and medical malpractice cases as well as cases involving defective medical devices. Blending his shrewd analytic capacity with a diligent and compassionate approach, Mr. Hastings prides himself on and excels in obtaining justice on behalf of those injured through the acts of others.
A native of Missouri, Mr. Hastings received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri before graduating with honors from the University of Houston Law Center in 2001. After law school, he worked for a large Houston firm, gleaning invaluable experience in personal injury law, and he secured a multimillion-dollar jury award for a client just four months after joining the firm. After working at another well-known area firm and expanding his practice to include medical malpractice, Mr. Hastings formed the Hastings Law Firm in 2005.
In 2004, H Texas Magazine named Mr. Hastings on its list of "Lawyers on the Fast Track." He is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, two prestigious groups reserved for trial attorneys who have secured seven-figure or larger verdicts and settlements.
