Wesley Todd Ball is a co-founder of Farrar & Ball, LLP. His firm is located in Houston, Texas, and he focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing clients in the greater metropolitan area, throughout the state, and around the country. Admitted to practice in Texas since 2003, Mr. Ball is also admitted to practice in Iowa and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. A significant portion of Mr. Ball’s practice is centered on litigation involving defective or dangerous consumer products, with a particular focus on motor vehicle parts. He has been involved in cases dealing with vehicle rollovers, defective tires, and other related products. Mr. Ball has handled both individual product liability trials and multi-district class actions, and he has gone up against numerous vehicle and component parts manufacturers.
During his distinguished career, Mr. Ball has worked on cases that have resulted in the receipt by his clients of well over $200 million, and this compensation has come through jury awards as well as settlements that he has negotiated. His successful track has not gone unnoticed by his fellow attorneys, and the high regard in which he is held by them has resulted in his being named to both The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 lists, among numerous other awards and honors. Mr. Ball has appeared in numerous media outlets, discussing defective products matters. He is a 2003 graduate of Baylor University Law School, where he was inducted into The Order of Barristers.
