    Trace Blair is a partner in the Jourdanton, Texas, office of Wigington Rumley Dunn & Blair L.L.P. Representing clients throughout the state, he focuses his varied practice primarily on plaintiff's personal injury litigation, including commercial vehicle accidents. Mr. Blair also handles general commercial litigation, much of which involves landowners and mineral rights, and he has assisted clients who are involved in shareholder or partnership disputes.

    After graduating magna cum laude in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A & M University, Mr. Blair went on to attend Texas Tech University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 1997. While in law school, he was named to The Order of Barristers and upon graduation, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Blair started his career with a well-known international firm where he provided personal injury and wrongful death defense representation to a variety of business clients. While there, he also handled more than 100 OSHA investigations on behalf of his clients. Mr. Blair joined his current firm in 2014, and his prior experience has served him well in his plaintiff's personal injury practice. Admitted to practice in Texas, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.

    Mr. Blair is often asked to speak before groups of professionals on various aspects on his practice. In 2015, he participated in a State Bar of Texas Continuing Legal Education seminar on mineral royalty litigation. Mr. Blair is an active participant in several legal organizations, including the San Antonio Bar Association.
