S. Reed Morgan

Attorney S. Reed Morgan serves Of Counsel to The Carlson Law Firm, which has 12 law office throughout the state of Texas. Working primarily out of the firm's Killeen location, Mr. Morgan has more than 42 years of professional legal experience, and he represents the rights and interests of clients across his region who have legal needs involving medical malpractice, toxic exposure and mass torts, defective products, oil and gas accidents, aviation and railroad workers' accidents, corporate misconduct and other similar claims.

Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Morgan is completely devoted to his practice and delivering the most relevant, up-to-date advice and counsel possible to those he serves. Over the course of his legal career, he has gained a reputation as a staunch advocate for those suffering needlessly through no fault of their own, and he has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his plaintiff clients.

A 1970 graduate of the University of New Orleans, Mr. Morgan obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1976. Licensed to practice in Texas and Louisiana, he also holds his admission to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Texas, the District of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Louisiana as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th circuits, and the Louisiana Supreme Court.

Mr. Morgan is a staff member with the intensive Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College, and he is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and the Western Trial Lawyers Association, among his other professional affiliations.
