Mr. McFerrin focuses his practice primarily on family law issues involving divorce, child custody, child support, conservatorship, and possession and access. Additionally, Mr. McFerrin assists clients in creating new business entities, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising clients on a multitude of business matters.
Mr. McFerrin received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University, which is now known as Texas A&M School of Law.
Mr. McFerrin has litigated cases in over 25 counties in the State of Texas and represented clients facing a variety of complex family law issues. In addition to matters involving divorce, custody, and child support, Mr. McFerrin represents clients seeking assistance with prenuptial and postmarital agreements, enforcements of prior court orders, adoptions, and terminations.
