With more than 36 years of experience in the legal arena, R. Keith Spencer has worked with Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law, based in Fort Worth, Texas, for over 22 years now. Devoting 90% of his practice to litigation, Mr. Spencer is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has conducted numerous trials across various courts, including state and federal criminal proceedings. Additionally, he is adept at handling appeals and defending against Child Protective Services investigations.
Mr. Spencer holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications from the University of North Texas, and he earned his Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1986. He founded a law firm before joining Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law in 2002, further solidifying his commitment to providing exemplary legal services.
Also trained in collaborative law, Mr. Spencer is a qualified mediator equipped to facilitate resolutions in complex family disputes involving children.
