Evan Harlow

The owner of The Harlow Law Firm, PLLC, located in Leander, Texas, Evan S. Harlow practices law primarily related to estate planning, including wills and trusts, and power of attorney. Attending the Texas State University in San Marcos, Mr. Harlow graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in public administration in 2006. He went on to complete his master’s degree in public service and administration in 2008 from Texas A&M University, also graduating magna cum laude. In 2015, he secured his doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.

Even before studying law professionally, Mr. Harlow served as a paralegal for more than six years in the U.S. Army. While there, he handled cases associated with criminal prosecution within the military justice system and also took the opportunity to assist the soldiers with estate planning, veterans’ benefits and family law matters. He was awarded several medals for his good conduct and achievements while serving in the army.

Throughout his legal education, Mr. Harlow interned at prominent criminal law firms and civil and consumer law clinics. He helped clients through the processes of the legal system, focusing on representing the voiceless. After graduation, he served for about three years at a private firm where he worked on cases focusing on family law and bankruptcy. Later in 2018, he established his firm, compiling his experiences in the legal field. He is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Harlow understands the effect long-drawn litigation can have on a common man and makes efforts to aid them in ways more than what is expected of an attorney.
