Ms. Hammerle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri. She received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

In addition, Ms. Hammerle is board-certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a certified guardian ad litem by the Supreme Court of Texas. She holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
