Kenneth C. Goolsby

As a partner at Boon Calk Echols Coleman & Goolsby, PLLC, Kenneth C. “Casey” Goolsby is a lawyer who represents East Texas people and families who suffer the most catastrophic and life-changing personal injuries and also represents those same people when they need his expertise in "bet the business" lawsuits that many small to medium sized businesses need when it matters most. The East Texas counties Casey regularly practices in are Gregg, Harrison, Smith, Marion, Panola, Wood, and Rusk Counties, as well as federal courts in Marshall and Tyler.

The types of personal and catastrophic injuries Casey handles include wrongful death, 18-wheeler wrecks, car wrecks, and defective products. When representing families that need his help with business matters, Casey represents them in all phases of the business, from forming the business to dealing with issues that arise with partners and co-owners of the business, breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and enforcing or defending cases concerning non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.  Casey also represents families in breach of fiduciary duty actions regarding trusts and estates.

Casey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Baylor University in 1996 before attending Baylor University School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor in 1998. Throughout his career, he has been successful in both appellate and trial courts throughout the state.

An active member of his community, he serves schools and foundations in the area, as well as his church. Casey is actively involved in the First Methodist Church of Longview, Trinity School of Texas, Newgate Mission, the Longview ISD Foundation, Inc., and Junior Achievement.
