After graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2005, he became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2006. That same year, he joined the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate, serving honorably for over 8 years on active duty and over 14 years as a reservist. To further hone his expertise, he pursued an LL.M. in litigation and dispute resolution from The George Washington University Law School, graduating with highest honors.
