Elizabeth Geary is a founding partner at Geary Law, handling high-stakes trials and appeals throughout Texas and New Mexico. Elizabeth acts as lead trial counsel in multi-million dollar disputes, in a wide range of areas, including business disputes, personal injury, intellectual property, energy, and estate disputes. Elizabeth often assists trial attorneys in handling complex briefing, oral argument, and evidentiary hearings due to Elizabeth’s experience and command of the courtroom. She has earned the high distinction of being recognized as Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law.
Elizabeth holds the unique ability to determine case strategy and execute it skillfully through persuasive writing and an exceptional courtroom presence. Elizabeth delivered her first appellate argument at the Texas Supreme Court after only one year of practice. She has since appeared before numerous courts of appeals and the federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her exceptional appellate advocacy, Elizabeth has continued to act as lead trial counsel at numerous trial courts throughout Texas and New Mexico.
