Justin Kiechler

Justin Kiechler is an attorney and the founder of The Kiechler Law Firm in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Kiechler dedicates his practice to criminal defense and personal injury law, serving clients throughout the state of Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. 

Mr. Kiechler’s personal injury practice involves representing victims of catastrophes such as back injuries, bicycle accidents, boating accidents, car accidents, commercial truck and 18-wheeler accidents, disfigurement, motorcycle accidents, neck injuries, oil field accidents, pedestrian accidents and whiplash. He also litigates premises liability, products liability and wrongful death cases. 

In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Kiechler handles a wide range of matters involving both State and Federal matters. These include drug conspiracy, money laundering, felon in possession of firearm, kidnapping, robbery, driving while intoxicated (DWI), early release from probation, essential need licenses, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.   

Licensed to practice law since 2009, Mr. Kiechler is admitted to practice in Texas, Colorado and New Mexico as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, a master's degree in business administration, and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.
