Kevin Glasheen

One of the founders of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, Kevin T. Glasheen focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Located in Lubbock, Texas, he represents clients throughout the state. 

Mr. Glasheen has been certified as a specialist in both personal injury trial law and civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has been admitted to practice before all Texas state courts since 1988. He is also admitted to practice in New Mexico and Colorado as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

For more than 35 years, Kevin Glasheen has been a strong voice for people who have been seriously injured. Mr. Glasheen represents people who have been harmed due to the negligence or recklessness of other parties. His cases have included motor vehicle crashes, railroad crossing collisions, auto-pedestrian knockdowns, and workplace accidents, including those that occur at meat packing facilities and oil fields. Throughout his career as a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Glasheen has been able to procure millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through both jury awards and negotiated settlements, and this has earned him a membership in the invitation-only Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has received additional honors and recognition from his colleagues as well, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 “Superb” peer review rating through Avvo. 

Mr. Glasheen earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1985, and three years later, he was awarded his Juris Doctor by Texas Tech University School of Law. Active in both his community and his profession, he is a former member of the board of directors of the Texas Tech Law School Foundation and of the Boy Scouts of America South Plains Council.
