Hailing from a military family, Mr. Hogan made his way to Lubbock in 1979, where he attended Lubbock High School. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University in 1992 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1996. Since then, he has been admitted to practice in Texas (1996), New Mexico (2002) and Colorado (2013), and has appeared before prestigious courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hogan's legal journey began with a focus on insurance defense law in Lubbock, but he soon found his calling in personal injury, joining a firm with offices in Texas and New Mexico. In 2006, he embarked on a new chapter by founding his own firm. He is actively involved with the South Plains Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
