Mike Love

As the founder of Mike Love & Associates, LLC, based in Lufkin, Texas, Mike Love represents individuals and families in a wide variety of personal injury matters. His practice focuses on advocating for clients who have been harmed by negligence, unsafe products or wrongful conduct, with a dedication to pursuing accountability through the civil justice system.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Love handles personal injury cases, including car accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, wrongful death claims, and product liability cases. He is known for his hands-on approach and dedication to developing cases thoroughly, from early investigation through trial or resolution.

Mr. Love graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Later, he went on to attend the South Texas College of Law Houston, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1997. Following law school, he began building a litigation practice focused on representing injured clients and challenging well-resourced defendants in both state and federal courts.

A consummate professional, Mr. Love is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to all Texas state courts. His federal court admissions include the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. These admissions allow him to handle cases at every level of the judicial process, including appeals.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Love is a member of the Angelina County Bar Association and maintains national affiliations with the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association. Through his legal practice and professional involvement, he continues to advocate for clients while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity, service and accountability.
