D. Scott Carlile is a founding partner of Carlile Law Firm, LLP, in Marshall, Texas. He has spent more than 26 years representing clients in a broad spectrum of civil litigation. He focuses his practice on personal injury and his trial experience covers a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, divorce, child custody and breach of contract. Mr. Carlile graduated from Marshall High School before earning his B.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University. He went on to receive his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he gained valuable experience clerking for prominent justices at the 4th Court of Appeals in San Antonio.

After law school, Mr. Carlile returned to Marshall to join his father, David C. Carlile, in practice. Together, they founded the Carlile Law Firm, LLP, in 2000, combining their talents to create a firm committed to delivering effective advocacy and personalized representation. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer who brings knowledge, preparation and dedication to every case.
