Abby M. Foster

Abby Foster is a partner at Verner Brumley Mueller Parker and has been with the firm since 2013.  She is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Abby is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has served as President of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association in 2017 and has served as a member of the CCYLA Board of Directors since 2013.  Abby is also a member of Collin County Women Lawyers Association and the Curt B. Henderson Inn of Courts. Abby received the Collin County Young Lawyer of the year award for 2020.

Abby’s legal practice is devoted exclusively to family law, specializing in high conflict divorce, custody cases, complex property issues, and pre-nuptial agreements. Abby has co-authored several publications, including one for the 31st Advanced Family Law Course for the State of Texas.

A graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, Abby and her family are proud to call Collin County home.
