Founding attorney of The Law Office Of H. Alex Fuller, PLLC, H. Alex Fuller handles cases of criminal defense, DWI, sex offenses, drug charges, assault and family violence, domestic violence, probation violations and expunctions. His practice is focused in Collin County, Dallas County, Denton County and the cities of Plano, Allen, Richardson, McKinney and Frisco, Texas. Along with his criminal defense practice, he also has experience in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters in cases of deceptive trade practices, fraud and breach of contract.

Mr. Fuller was formerly Smith County’s Forfeiture Attorney and Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor after a year as Assistant District Attorney in Tyler, Texas. Actively involved in the legal community, he is a member of the Plano Sunrise Rotary Club, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association, the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Admitted to practice in the state of Texas, Mr. Fuller is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. He has written and published for the Dallas Bar Association on topics such as immigration, compensation and pre-emption.

In 2003, Mr. Fuller graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in anthropology. He then attended Baylor University and obtained a Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude in 2006. While in law school, he was Baylor Law Review’s executive editor and was given the Judge W.C. Davis Endowed Criminal Practice Concentration Award.
