Shawna M. Bates

Ms. Bates's practice focuses on assisting business owners, entrepreneurs, stakeholders and executives with their business legal and transaction needs including formation, management, corporate governance, compliance, and business strategies and succession planning.  She graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and has been licensed since 2014.  Prior to becoming an attorney, she contributed to the "C-Suite" as President of an electronic discovery firm serving law firms across Texas and has over 15 years of combined business and legal experience. 

Ms. Bates's contract negotiation experience includes US domestic and international negotiation efforts in Canada, China, The United Kingdom, and India.
