Tom Omondi

Before earning his law degree, Mr. Omondi built a distinguished career in nursing that spanned more than 15 years. He served on the front lines of critical care as an intensive care unit registered nurse (RN) and later advanced to executive leadership roles, first as a chief nursing officer and ultimately as a chief executive officer of a local acute care hospital. This extensive medical background gives him an exceptional ability to analyze complex clinical issues and translate them into effective legal arguments on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Omondi graduated cum laude from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he excelled as an associate editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, served as a writing adviser and earned mock trial finalist honors in his first year. Concurrently, he interned with one of Houston’s oldest and most respected personal injury firms, where he managed challenging medical malpractice and injury cases from inception through resolution.

In addition to his Juris Doctor, Mr. Omondi holds an MBA from the University of Houston–Victoria, where he was recognized by the faculty as an Outstanding Graduate. His dual competence in health care and law equips him to navigate the intersection of medicine and litigation with uncommon insight, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of representation in every matter he undertakes.
