Cynthia L. Clack

Representing the people of West Texas who face challenging legal issues related to family law, Cynthia L. Clack has been recognized for her successful work in the legal arena and is so much more than an attorney. As a publisher, author, screenplay writer, public speaker, philanthropist, teacher, musical lyricist and producer, Ms. Clack has a unique background that allows her to make a connection with people from all walks of life.

After earning an undergraduate degree, Ms. Clack attended Baylor Law School to attain her goal of becoming an attorney. She now represents clients in more than 20 counties in the state of Texas. Admitted to practice in 1978, she has over four decades of experience with high-end family law. As one of the nation’s top-rated attorneys, she is also known for handling an international kidnapping case and several other complex cases.

Ms. Clack is board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. During her career, she has managed multimillion-dollar child custody and divorce cases, medical malpractice lawsuits, child abuse cases and catastrophic personal injury cases.

A frequent legal seminar speaker, Ms. Clack created her own seminar entitled Office Management, and attorneys can attend in group settings or individually, as she teaches the course in a way that is preferable to the learner. A passionate advocate for the underdog, Ms. Clack worked with the Goodwill-West Texas Board of Directors and was on the Midland/Odessa Symphony and Chorale’s Board of Directors.
