Halina Radchenko

Halina Radchenko is a distinguished lawyer and the founder of The Radchenko Law Group in Plano, Texas. Ms. Radchenko serves a broad geographic area, including Mesquite, Sherman, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denton, Denison, Rockwall, McKinney, San Antonio, Houston, McAllen, Frisco, Plano and Bonham. She offers various legal services in family law, including divorce, child support, child custody, prenuptial agreements, child adoption and child custody modification. 

Ms. Radchenko's journey in law began as a young associate at a small law firm, where she gained diverse legal experience. Early in her career, she recognized her passion for guiding people through challenging legal situations, particularly in family law and personal injury cases. Her daily courtroom experiences allowed her to refine her trial skills, successfully supporting and reuniting families in complex cases involving children with special needs and fathers seeking primary custody. She also advocated for clients in motor vehicle accident cases and municipal liability issues in New York State.

In 2013, Ms. Radchenko joined a boutique law firm, focusing on catastrophic injury cases until 2022. During this period, she broadened her understanding of personal injury law to include premises liability and labor law cases. She played a key role in developing case law related to gig economy litigation. 

Ms. Radchenko's commitment to civic duty is evident through her tenure as president of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association from 2021 to 2022. Her leadership led to significant legal reforms, including the passage of the wrongful death bill by The New York State Senate and Assembly, a milestone achievement that addressed long-standing inequities in the legal process and had personal significance for her family.

Ms. Radchenko is licensed to practice in New York and Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She is a member of various professional organizations, including the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, the Columbian Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
