Halina Radchenko

Halina Radchenko is the founder of The Radchenko Law Group in Plano, Texas, where she represents clients in family law and personal injury matters. Licensed in Texas and New York, she brings extensive courtroom experience to cases involving families, serious injuries and the decisions that shape her clients’ futures. Her practice combines thorough trial preparation, strategic advocacy and a commitment to serving her community.

In her family law practice, Ms. Radchenko handles divorce, child custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, adoption and custody modifications. She draws on the trial skills developed throughout her litigation career to examine evidence, question witnesses and present persuasive arguments in contested family matters. Her experience includes representing parents of children with special needs and fathers seeking primary custody. She puts those skills to work helping families in her community protect their children, make their voices heard and pursue greater stability during difficult transitions.

Ms. Radchenko’s personal injury practice reflects a longstanding commitment to advocating for people harmed by negligence. Her experience includes motor vehicle accidents, municipal liability, premises liability, labor law and catastrophic injury litigation. From 2013 through 2022, she practiced at a boutique firm focused on catastrophic injuries, where she also worked on litigation involving the gig economy. She brings that experience to representing injured clients and pursuing accountability for the harm they have suffered.

Across both practice areas, Ms. Radchenko approaches litigation with an understanding that effective advocacy requires a command of the facts and a clear understanding of the person behind the case. Her courtroom background informs both her negotiation strategy and her preparation for trial, allowing her to advocate for resolution while remaining ready to present her clients’ cases in court.

Her commitment to the community also extends to civil justice advocacy. Ms. Radchenko served as president of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association from 2021 to 2022. During her presidency, she advocated for reform of New York’s wrongful death law, including legislation that passed both chambers of the state legislature. The effort held personal significance for her family and reflected her dedication to strengthening the legal protections available to individuals and families.

Ms. Radchenko earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Based in Plano, she serves clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and other Texas communities.
