He then attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor.
He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Western and Eastern District of Texas. Since 1995, he has also been admitted to practice in the state of Texas. Mr. Price is also a regular lecturer on criminal defense law for organizations such as the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and The Center for American and International Law. He has ben named a Texas Super Lawyer each year since 2005.
