Devoting all his practice to litigation, J. Michael Price II represents the people of Collin and Dallas counties and the surrounding areas in Texas as a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Price only handles appellate and trial law for those who have been accused of a crime, including child pornography, internet and computer crimes, drug crimes, DWI and intoxication, sex crimes, weapons crimes, federal and white collar crimes, assaults, and domestic violence.

Mr. Price is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He then attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor.

He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Western and Eastern District of Texas. Since 1995, he has also been admitted to practice in the state of Texas. Mr. Price is also a regular lecturer on criminal defense law for organizations such as the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and The Center for American and International Law.
