Rachel Li is a senior partner at OWLawyers Trial Law in Frisco, Texas, and holds board certification in family law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She earned her B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2004 and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2008. That same year, she was licensed in Texas.
