Ms. Weeks is dedicated to helping individuals who have loved ones with special needs. She helps families with children with disabilities plan for their child's future through special needs trusts, life planning and guardianship.  

Over the course of her career, Ms. Weeks has served in leadership roles for organizations.  She is the President of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas, and serves on the Board of the Texas National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and of the Coventry Reserve.    She is a past President of the Collin County Bar Association and of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the CCBA.  Ms. Weeks is a past Chair of Board of Disability Rights Texas, and serves on the Advisory Council of My Possibilities and the Communities Foundation of Texas. She is a frequent speaker on special needs trusts and planning, speaking to attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, parents and educators.  She maintains active membership in the Dallas Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Texas Bar College.

Ms. Weeks received a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Baylor University. She earned her law degree from Baylor Law. In addition to all Texas state courts, she is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Texas. She is also a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy.
