During law school, he laid the foundation for a career defined by careful legal analysis, persuasive advocacy and a commitment to client service.
A consummate professional, Mr. Clarke is admitted to practice law in Texas, California and New York, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st and 9th Circuits. He is also admitted to practice before multiple federal district and bankruptcy courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California; the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas; the District of Idaho; and the District of New Hampshire, along with the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Idaho and the Northern District of Texas.
