David S. Hughey

David S. Hughey and his wife, Robin Hughey, established The Hughey & Hughey Law Firm in 1993 in Allen, Texas, with the intention of delivering top-quality legal services to clients. No matter whether his clients need help with a personal injury claim, resolving a family law dispute, or a will or probate, he is there for them every step of the way.

Heading a smaller, family-run business, Mr. Hughey attributes his success to his ability to develop strong personal connections with clients, learn their unique requirements and then advocate on their behalf. A 1984 economics graduate of Wheaton College, Mr. Hughey acquired his Juris Doctor in 1987 from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, he was actively involved in the Houston Journal of International Law. In addition to all Texas state courts, he is allowed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Hughey maintains substantial involvement in professional organizations such as the Collin County Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association and the North Dallas Bar Association. He has held significant roles in the Allen Sports Association, the Richardson Bar Association and the Richardson Family Young Men’s Christian Association.
