Attorney Tyler Pennington is the founder and owner of Pennington Law PLLC in Round Rock, Texas. In addition to family law, Mr. Pennington has extensive experience handling serious criminal law cases involving charges for DUI, public intoxication, drug possession and delivery, sexual assault, murder, robbery and burglary and other felonies and misdemeanors. Although a highly effective trial attorney, he always pursues the best course of action when trying to help his clients obtain the positive outcomes they seek, which often involves negotiating favorable settlements outside of court. 

A 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Park University with a degree in social psychology, Mr. Pennington obtained his Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While there, he completed a year and a half of internship with the Missouri State Public Defender, and he received awards and honors for his excellent contributions with the Child and Family Services Clinic. He also served as both president and secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

A leader in his field, Mr. Pennington has published articles and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He has also successfully handled several family law and criminal appeals before the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 14th Courts of Appeals as well as the Texas Supreme Court.
