Beth Janicek

Beth Janicek is the founder and lead attorney at Janicek Law in San Antonio, Texas. With over 25 years of legal experience, she is nationally recognized as a skilled trial attorney who serves clients across San Antonio and the entire state of Texas. Her practice areas include personal injury claims involving medical malpractice, trucking and car accidents, birth and brain injuries, and wrongful death. 

Ms. Janicek, who grew up in San Angelo and completed high school in San Antonio, pursued her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University. She later returned to San Antonio to earn her law degree from St. Mary’s University. Since founding Janicek Law in 2003, she has committed her career to advocating for those who have been injured. Her dedication is evident in her focus on birth injuries, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. She is passionate about holding those responsible for such serious issues accountable and strives to secure justice and financial support for affected families.

As a legal professional, Ms. Janicek has been a relentless advocate, taking on powerful corporations to secure significant financial settlements that help families manage the aftermath of tragedies. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1993, Ms. Janicek is also authorized to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
