Attorney Profile

Long before entering law school, Brooke Irey knew she wanted to be a lawyer (2nd grade, in fact).  Her zeal for helping people and her ability to guide clients during difficult situations makes her the ideal lawyer to assist clients in any matter. Brooke started her career in Houston before making her way back to the San Antonio area where she practices both locally and in the surrounding counties.  Her practice consists primarily of family law matters, from the simplest of divorces to the most complex child custody battles.  Brooke has also helped many families with reaching their goal of becoming parents through the drafting of gestational agreements. Brooke is a certified mediator, and while she realizes that there are some situations that cannot be settled, she always looks for the path that will cause her clients the least pain while reaching their goal.  Mediation is an alternative dispute tool frequently used, but Brooke also has experience with collaborative divorce, and arbitration.

In addition to family law, Brooke also assists clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney (durable and medical), directives to physicians and guardian declarations, probate, and heirship proceedings.
