Charles Weisinger

Attorney Charles Weisinger is the founder of the Weisinger Law Firm, PLLC, based in San Antonio, Texas. Raised in the same city, he exhibits genuine concern about the legal issues that affect the residents of his community. He established the firm with the purpose of delivering solid advice and effective representation to his clients, which will allow them to protect themselves, their loved ones and their assets for the future. He is board-certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Weisinger drafts comprehensive wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents according to his clients’ specific needs and priorities. In addition, he attends to all aspects of the probate process to ensure that their heirs receive the inheritances to which they are entitled. He makes sure to reiterate the importance of a proper personal estate plan backed by his personal anecdotes to the people who approach him for guidance.

An alumnus of The University of Texas at San Antonio, Mr. Weisinger graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science. Later, he attended St. Mary's University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008. He was also a recipient of the school's Pro Bono Service Award. He was licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court of Texas as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Recognized for his professionalism and work ethic, Mr. Weisinger holds a perfect score of 10.0 on Avvo. Fully committed to his practice, he is also a member of several professional legal organizations, including the San Antonio Estate Planners Council and the San Antonio Bar Association, among others.
