Daniel W. Lanfear

Graduated with a B.A. in Sociology, St. Mary's University, 1989.  Graduated with a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, 1992.  Admitted to Texas Bar in 1992.  

I've been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2002.  I've tried at least 10 cases to a jury verdict, and also handle appellate work.  I'm a commercial and real estate litigator, handling cases in the following subspecialties: antitrust, contract disputes, business fraud, antitrust, employment (covenants not to compete, discrimination claims), real estate, trust (breach of fiduciary duty), and trade secret claims.  

I'm currently representing a gas utility company in a price dispute with a gas supplier.  I handle a variety of real estate and business litigation matters, and have done so for 29 years.   My cases are resolved in courts throughout Texas, and through alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration.
